SERVICES

Blue Water Farms and Wooli Oyster Supply

Custom design farming solutions

Every aquafarming site is unique. We work closely with farmers to plan, design and deliver systems that respond to local environments, operating conditions and production goals.

At the centre of our vision and services is the OysterPod Farming System, a purpose-built floating oyster farming platform designed by Australian oyster farmers for real on water conditions. OysterPod is our core system offering that underpins much of the work we do with growers, partners and communities.

Through our in-house design and engineering capability, we adapt and refine systems, develop custom components and support emerging aquaculture methods. While our primary focus is oysters, we also work across related aquaculture sectors, including seaweed and multi-species systems, where site-specific design is critical to long-term success.

Our work is grounded in real on-water farming experience, delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that perform reliably across diverse and often challenging coastal environments.

This approach ensures systems are practical while supporting the long-term growth and resilience of aquafarming operations.

Capacity building

There is significant opportunity in the new Blue Economy.

We work alongside farmers, research institutions and community organisations to support capability building across the aquaculture sector. Our support spans feasibility and site assessment, business and operational planning, advocacy and grant applications.

This includes working with new entrants and First Nations organisations to create practical, commercially grounded pathways into aquaculture. This work is focused on enabling locally led enterprises, building long-term skills and supporting sustainable economic participation in regional and remote communities.

OysterPod research

Industry research

We actively collaborate with research institutions and industry partners to test, refine and expand the application of practical aquaculture systems in real-world environments.

Our research partners include organisations such as the University of the Sunshine Coast, Groote Aqua and the Les Wilson Barramundi Discovery Centre. These collaborations focus on testing OysterPod systems across diverse species and applications.

By working at the intersection of farming, research and community-led development, we help translate innovation into scalable industry solutions.
